Recommended Action Plan

In the suggested order you should take action

  • Create an honeybook account if your dont lready have one or log into your CRM system . Next Go to your setting and add in your event type (wedding)

  • If you choose too add in lead sources so when cleints inquire your can track where your leads are coming from. Then Go to Templates and create an your welcome template (This is the email they will see once they hit submit on your contact form)

  • Go to your automations in honeybook and pair your flow together. Start your flow by clicking on the actions send email ( them find the email you just created for your welcome flow and add it) Make sure at the bottom you have it set to send 0 days so that flow flow sends instantantly. Click Save then assign the flow you just created to your Wedding flow

  • Go to Contact form and name your inquiry flow and included questions to help your pre-qualify brides (only ask the important questions up front to make it easy for them to inquire)

  • In the setting in your contact form choose where you want to send brides once they inquire with you (is it a thank you, a video, your bridal newsletter, where are you sending them and what are you telling them to do) Make sure at the buttom you assign your form to your wedding flow

  • Test it with an email you did not use to ceate your honeybook platform to make sure the process flows how you would like
